My ongoing nemesis is my sweet tooth, I love sweets. This week I have managed to sabotage myself everyday so far by either eating a brownie or cookies. I know that doing so will not make me gain weight because otherwise my diet is quite healthy, but to continually have refined sugar daily will not allow me to LOOSE weight. Ughhhh!!!! I am not sure what to do about this issue, do I just need to commit to having stronger will power, or what. This part of things is so very frustrating because I am exercising hard and drinking smoothies and eating well otherwise.
